Wild Republic has entered into a partnership with the National Audubon Society to create a line of realistic looking plush beanbag birds. When this male Dark-eyed Junco is squeezed you will hear him sing an authentic song to defend his territory and attract a mate.

These round, fluffy-looking birds are found in Canada and throughout the United States. They are relatively common in forested areas as well as at backyard feeders. Juncos (Junco hyemalis) are often seen hopping along the ground alone or in small groups. They eat seeds, berries, insects and some fruits. Their nests are constructed from grasses and built in the trees or on the ground in sheltered areas.
