Great news for all bird enthusiasts! Wild Republic has entered into a partnership with the National Audubon Society to create a line of realistic looking plush beanbag state birds. This partnership also includes The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, who has provided the authentic sounds for each bird to further add to the realism of these plush toys.

The Carolina Wren is the state bird of South Carolina, and is common throughout the eastern half of the United States. Found in both forest and suburban areas, these wrens prefer mild weather and are vulnerable in colder temperatures. They sing year-round, and prefer the protection of shrubs or undergrowth. Insects make up most of their diet.
