Great news for all bird enthusiasts! Wild Republic has entered into a partnership with the National Audubon Society to create a line of realistic looking plush beanbag state birds. This partnership also includes The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, who has provided the authentic sounds for each bird to further add to the realism of these plush toys.

The Ruffed Grouse is the stae bird of Pennsylvania and is found in north-western areas and eastern mountaines of the United States. Males attract females by raising their tail feathers, puffing up their neck feathers, and making a low sound by drumming the air with their wings. Insects, berries and a variety of seeds and nuts make up their diet.
